English Premier League Predictions and Odds Comparison on this Weekend Matches of March 2017

We’ve got a full fixture list in the Premier League this weekend, with all 20 clubs in action on Saturday and Sunday. The league leaders Chelsea travel to Stoke City for a rare 3pm Saturday kick off, looking to maintain their healthy lead at the top.

Meanwhile, on Sunday, Manchester United travel to Middlesbrough, Tottenham Hotspur welcome Southampton and Manchester City host Liverpool.

With our Premier League live odds comparison, tips and predictions, we’ll be previewing all five televised Premier League matches taking place this weekend, including Sunday’s showdown at the Etihad Stadium.

West Bromwich Albion v Arsenal: Gunners Too Strong

We kick things off with Arsenal’s visit to West Bromwich Albion, as the Gunners seek a much-needed three points at the Hawthorns. As for the Baggies, they too will be on the lookout for a positive result, having lost their last two Premier League matches. The Gunners head into this one as the bookies’ favourites.

Albion have had an excellent season under Tony Pulis so far, but they are in danger of their campaign petering out. After losing at home to Crystal Palace, West Brom then fell to a heavy 3-0 defeat at Goodison Park at the weekend. Nevertheless, they still sit eighth in the PL table.

Like we said, looking at the live odds comparison, Arsenal are the strong favourites to prevail, with Betfred offering the best odds of 8/11. Meanwhile, you can get a Baggies win at 24/5 (Betfair), with the draw coming in at 29/10 at BetVictor.

Unfortunately for West Brom, we believe it will be three defeats in three, as we can see the north Londoners easing to victory at the Hawthorns. BetVictor are offering 15/8 for Arsenal to win -1 on Saturday and we predict they’ll land that bet with ease.

Bournemouth v Swansea City: All Square At The Vitality

In terms of the relegation battle, Bournemouth’s contest with Swansea City is the biggest game of the weekend. Despite taking four points from their previous two games, the Cherries are not out of the woods just yet. Equally, after a decent run, Swansea’s defeat at Hull City has dragged them back towards the bottom three.

The odds comparison is showing Eddie Howe’s men as the favourites to seal an invaluable win. Bournemouth are available at 11/8 (Betfred), whilst the Swans are 12/5 at Betfair.

To be fair to Paul Clement, he’s done a remarkable job at the Liberty Stadium, and will be hoping last weekend’s defeat at the KCOM Stadium was just a minor blip. Every time Bournemouth look in trouble, they seem to pull a rabbit out a hat, which they proved in their recent 1-1 draw at Old Trafford.

Therefore, we’re having a hard time splitting these two, and fancy this crucial relegation six-pointer to end all square on the south coast. William Hill have the draw at the tempting betting odds of 5/2.

Middlesbrough v Manchester United: Comfortable For The Red Devils

On Sunday, Jose Mourinho takes his Manchester United side to the Riverside Stadium to face Aitor Karanka’s Middlesbrough. With the pair at either ends of the Premier League table, both will be seeking a positive result from this one.

However, United are the big favourites to seal the points, with William Hill offering the best odds of just 8/13. The draw, meanwhile, is priced at 16/5 with Sporting Bet. For those of you who fancy Boro to cause an upset on their own patch, BetVictor have the home win available at 13/2.

After dropping points at home against Bournemouth last time out in the Premier League, Mourinho’s men will be looking to hit back in style this weekend. We can’t see the Red Devils having any problems whatsoever at the Riverside, so we feel there’s great value in Betfair’s 9/2 for the away side to win -2.

Tottenham Hotspur v Southampton: Another Routine Victory For Spurs

Mauricio Pochettino welcomes his former club to White Hart Lane on Sunday, as Tottenham Hotspur square off against Claude Puel’s Southampton. Spurs, who have the best home record in the Premier League, will be hoping to add another three points to their tally in this one.

However, you never quite know which Southampton team will turn up as the Saints can beat anyone in the top flight on their day. Of course, being the first team to win at the Lane this season will be a very hard task, but Puel’s men are certainly capable.

Southampton, who were the last team to win at White Hart Lane in the PL, are available at the tempting price of 9/2 with William Hill. You can get the draw at 3/1 (Betfred), while a Spurs win is priced at 8/11 with Betfred.

Tottenham have looked scintillating on their own patch this season, taking an outstanding 38 points from a possible 42 on home turf. Because of that, we’re predicting another routine Lilywhites win, with Coral offering brilliant odds of 2/1 for Pochettino’s boys to win -1.

Manchester City v Liverpool: Spoils To Be Shared At The Etihad

The standout Premier League fixture of the weekend comes from the Etihad Stadium, as Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City and Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool go head-to-head in Manchester on Sunday. Considering just a point separates these two heavyweights in the table, we should be in for one hell of a battle at the Etihad.

After a poor beginning to 2017, the Reds have picked up in recent weeks, winning three of their last four Premier League matches. The same can be said about City, who have won four and drawn two of their last six PL fixtures.

When these two meet, there’s usually fireworks. Being at home, Man City are the even money favourites with Sporting Bet, with the draw available at 11/4 with Bet365. The visitors are priced at 14/5 (BetVictor) to take home a priceless win.

Now Liverpool have shrugged off their woeful form, they will back themselves to get something from their trip to the Etihad. Therefore, we fancy this one to end all square, and Bet365’s 11/4 for the draw is worth having a punt on, with Liverpool usually superb against thee top sides.
