Leicester City have not started the season particularly brightly, with the Foxes having two wins on the board but they have already suffered three defeats and the latest of these game away at Brighton where the Midlands side found themselves 2-0 down before a late rally which ultimately proved fruitless despite Jamie Vardy’s consolation goal.

Brendan Rodgers will be eager for his team to get their season back on track against a relegation-threatened Burnley side, with Kelechi Iheanacho and Ademola Lookman among the players who will be eager to start the game. However, the performances of Harvey Barnes and James Maddison have been below-par so far.

Burnley are capable of landing a point from this match and they’ve been largely competitive this season, with a lack of goals proving to be an issue not for the first time. The Clarets are likely to set up to nullify their opponents and hope to carry some kind of attacking threat of their own.

Sean Dyche’s side scored the opener at Goodison Park before succumbing to a three-goal salvo although the odds about this clash ending all square are far more favourable to back compared to the short odds about an unconvincing Leicester side.
