Norwich City are not exactly doomed despite losing their opening two matches by an aggregate score of 8-0, with the Canaries having already faced Liverpool and Manchester City which might be a blessed relief. Daniel Farke’s side now need to dust themselves down and hope to get something against an attacking Leicester City team and we fancy the home side to score at least once in this clash.
We shouldn’t forget that Norwich enjoyed an excellent season in the Championship which saw them win the title for the second time in three campaigns, with Teemu Pukki looking to get back on the goal trail, with Milot Rashica also looking to probe away at a somewhat makeshift Leicester defence and there is also the guile of Patrick Cantwell to take into consideration.
We can usually rely on Leicester to score in a game like this, with Harvey Barnes having started to move through the gears and there are also dangerous attacking options in the form of Jamie Vardy, Patson Daka and Kelechi Iheanacho. Ultimately, the Foxes might be more dangerous and likely to win the game but we would rather side with the net bulging at both ends.
