Wolfsburg are showing no signs of slowing down in the Bundesliga and they have certainly been the punter’s friend up to now. Mark van Bommel is getting plenty of effort from a group of players who finished fourth in the table last season and they have hit the ground running this season, with four straight wins being recorded.

What is particularly notable is the fact that the Wolves have scored six goals and conceded on just one occasion, with home wins over Bochum and Leipzig being achieved with 1-0 winning scorelines. Wout Weghorst has three goals on the board already, with Lukas Nmecha also proving to be a smart piece of business for Van Bommel.

We’re backing Eintracht Frankfurt to be beaten by the runaway leaders, with Oliver Glasner having struggled to get a tune out of his team this season. There was a 5-2 pummelling at the hands of Borussia Dortmund before three consecutive draws against Augsburg, Arminia and Stuttgart.

It looks as though the Eagles are going to struggle to replicate last season’s fifth placed finish and there could be problems breaking down Wolfsburg considering how defensively disciplined they are.
