PSG v Monaco Betting Markets
PSG claimed yet another Ligue 1 title last season when finishing six points ahead of second-placed Lens. Previously against Rennes, it was new signing Ferran Torres to the rescue after helping to overcome a two-goal deficit. However, some might be reluctant to load up PSG in a Ligue 1 accumulator considering that they also lost a French Champions Trophy clash against Lens.
Monaco are difficult opponents. They may have finished a modest seventh place last term although the early signs are encouraging. Filipe Luis' side have earned a 1-0 victory at Le Havre to kick off the season before a 2-0 home win against Marseille. Paris Brunner was at the double in the first-half to claim a maximum, with the team also finding their way to the Europa Conference League group stage.
It was a 7-3 aggregate win over Gornik Zabrze to illustrate their attacking credentials. However, they will need to be solid defensively in order to get a positive result. Perhaps the draw is worth considering that Monaco will be happy to be on seven points and this is their most difficult fixture on paper.

Paris were able to score forty-one goals at home last season, with Monaco registering twenty-seven times on the road last term and likely to improve on that tally. We think a PSG paired with BTTS Yes could be the best bet of all. Enrique's side don't look defensively tight right now but can be relied upon to score plenty of goals at home.
First Goalscorer
Ferran Torres was at the double for his new club away to Rennes. After being introduced at half-time in that clash, the former Barcelona man was able to score two late goals to land a point for the French champions. Perhaps he'll be able to get his name on the scoresheet against Monaco, although we know PSG have lots of strong attacking options.
Desire Doue is a sharp shooter who could be set for plenty of goals this term. The young French international may get the nod, although it was Ousmane Dembele who was able to pilfer the most goals for PSG last season. The twenty-nine-year-old was able to score a massive twenty-seven goals across all competitions last term and will want to get back on the trail.
Paris Brunner was able to score a brace for Monaco against Marseille and the German clearly carries a lively threat, with the 20-year-old having also scored in both of the team's Europa Conference League. There could also be a threat from Mamadou Coulibaly, with the French attacking midfielder likely to get into good positions to score.
